On August 4, the 2017 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week "China Bridge" ASEAN Youth Summer Camp was successfully closed in the GXNU. The staff representatives from the Office of International Exchange were present at the closing ceremony. The 18 campers for this summer camp were selected from the 2017 National "Chinese Knowledge Competition" of Indonesia co-held by the Confucius Institute of GXNU in Malong State University and the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. This activity was sponsored by the Hanban and organized by the GXNU, the Confucius Institute of GXNU in Malong State University and the GuizhouMinzu University, held respectively in Guilin, Guiyang and Beijing from July 25 to August 4. This summer Camp helped the participants further their understanding about Chinese culture and proved significant in promoting the cultural exchange and friendship between the peoples of the two countries.
